What we believe

Sharing documents with clients should be professional, controlled, and simple. Emailing PDFs has no audit trail. Shared cloud folders have no branding and difficult access management. Sharedocs sits in between: a polished, branded portal your clients and colleagues see, and a straightforward dashboard you manage.

We charge only the library owner. Collaborators — your clients, colleagues, or students — always access for free.

Company

Sharedocs is operated by Dutch Spaghetti Software Ltd (company number 17063741), registered in England and Wales.

We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC100961) and are fully GDPR compliant. Data Processing Agreements are in place with all third-party processors. All data is hosted on enterprise-grade EU infrastructure (Frankfurt).
