Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are requested through Billing Settings and reviewed by our team to ensure a smooth transition.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You'll be blocked from uploading new documents until you upgrade or delete files.
Do collaborators need to pay?
No! Only the library owner pays. Collaborators access for free.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Save approximately 17% (2 months free) by paying annually.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — no questions asked.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
You downgrade to the Free tier. If you exceed Free limits, you have 30 days to export or upgrade before deletion.
