Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are requested through Billing Settings and reviewed by our team to ensure a smooth transition.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You'll be blocked from uploading new documents until you upgrade or delete files.
Do collaborators need to pay?
No! Only the library owner pays. Collaborators access for free.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Save approximately 17% (2 months free) by paying annually.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — no questions asked.
Can I use Sharedocs with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on every Sharedocs plan, Free included. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant through MCP and it can list your libraries, read and summarise documents, and, if you give it read and write access, file new ones in libraries you own or manage. It sees only what you can see in Sharedocs, and plan limits apply as they do in the web app. Your assistant's own plan must allow custom connectors, which ChatGPT Free doesn't. What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that your account moves to the Free tier. If you exceed Free limits, you have 30 days to export or upgrade before deletion.
